Expression of Interest

Introduction

Sci-Bono Discovery Centre an independent Section 21 Company in partnership with the Gauteng Department of Education, promotes maths science and technology literacy for learners, educators and the public by offering hands-on experience using a wide variety of interactive exhibits, within certain themes and focus areas. Sci-Bono Discovery Centre is being developed at the Electric Workshop in Newtown, Johannesburg. Newtown is a City Improvement District and is a project of the Gauteng Province’s Blue-IQ project.

Sci-Bono is seeking to expand its base of interactive exhibit design and / or manufacturer suppliers, and hereby invites interested parties to forward Statements of Interest to Sci-Bono Discovery Centre.

Interactive exhibits require creative design to demonstrate scientific principles at work, both in theory and in society and to translate these into exciting robust and durable interactive hands-on exhibits and learning experiences.
