Name SciQuest
Description SciQuest comprises a set of colourful, hands-on and interactive modules representing a wide range of science and technology topics. Principles covered include optics, engineering, sound, mechanics, aerodynamics, botany, geography, mathematics, physics, spatial perception and bio-feedback. Models are robust, user friendly and encourage visitors to interact with them in order to clarify underlying principles. All age groups (including adults) find the exhibition stimulating.
Number of exhibits 19
Required floor area 150 - 200 m2.

Description This is effectivly a travelling science centre. Hands-on, interactive, modularised exhibits cover traditional physics (optics, engineering, sound, mechanics, electricity) and some biology, modern technology (digital applications, transistors, satellites), mathematics and even nuclear power. Comes with a range of worksheets (designed by educators over a number of years) and excellent track record: parts of this collection formed the core collection for the road show during the 1998 Year of Science and Technology. Exhibits are robust, low maintenance, suitable for all age groups and for placement in libraries, halls, museums, schools, shopping centres.

Name The DiscoveryMobile
Description This is a mini Discovery Centre and Science-Exhibition-on Wheels. Inside are 32 interactive experiences which require manipulation: touch, pull, push, shake and participate. Outside, in the windows, are 8 moving window simulations. Learning is through doing, being surprised, tricked, challenged. The exhibits are interchangeable, enabling us to illustrate specialised themes or meet specific curriculum needs. Experiment with electricity, magnetism, sound, light and mechanics.
Number of exhibits 40
Required floor area Parking space and large turning circle; access to 1 standard power point
